Otakon announced yesterday that Naomi Tamura ♥ will be peforming on the sunday afternoon concert this year! That would leave the musicians line up with 3 performers so far: Kanon Wakeshima, Becca and her. ^^ I’m excited for Kanon and Naomi Tamura!

Her first opening theme for the 1994-1995 Magic Knight Rayearth television series, “Yuzurenai Negai,” stayed in Japan’s top 10 for seven weeks and eventually sold 1.2 million copies. She later sang the “Hikari to Kage wo Dakishimeta Mama” opening theme for the second Rayearth television season and the “All You Need is Love” ending theme for the Rayearth video remake.

Tamura then performed the “Ready, Go!” opening theme for the first Pokémon anime series, as well as the “Aratanaru Chikai” theme for the Pocket Monster Crystal: Raikou Ikazuchi no Densetsu special. More recently, she sang the first opening theme for the Getbackers anime, “Yuragu Koto Nai Ai. (Anime News Network)

What’s more exciting is that there STILL one more female performer to be announced for the friday concert~! This is going to be one of the best summers ever ^_^!! Vamps + Kanon + Naomi + an Imax theater for the new Transformers movie + seeing my friends again + meeting new ones. Can’t wait *_*!!
